The latest recipe out of our Lancashire based HQ has gone and got itself a Great Taste award, recognising this modern twist on classic handcrafted British sweets!
The expert opinion was:
‘A quite delicious version of the sweet, this is not too hard in texture and the lemon flavour is captured brilliantly, balanced in sweetness and acidity. We loved the touch of vanilla and the chewy centre. These feel very well considered and exceptionally well-made.’
