Here at Stockley’s we have been producing high quality confectionery in the UK for over 100 years.

Successfully combining small batch production and traditional methods with flexible and high-speed packing capabilities; all housed within our modern BRC and retailer accredited production facilities, which are based in Blackburn (hard-boiled, fudge, toffees and honeycomb), Hull (moulded and panned chocolate products) and Bolton (Liquorice Flyers).

Never ones to rest on our laurels, we are constantly looking to develop our range to meet changing customer requirements and are now one of the foremost producers of Sugar-Free, Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free products in the UK.

As well as traditional hard-boiled sweets, premium fudges and honeycomb, we also handle a wide range of chocolates and can create spectacular bespoke products ideal for the gifting market.
We deposit a variety of chocolates in multiple combinations into pre-formed vacuum moulded trays, which can be decorated with an array of toppings to add taste, texture and visual excitement.

Inclusions & Bulk Ingredients

We work with many different food industry sectors, including Bakery, Ice Cream, Snacking and Confectionery.

Using traditional panning techniques, we can coat a vast range of centres such as dried/freeze dried fruits, tree nuts (not peanuts), honeycomb, fudges, cereal and coffee beans.

Our process enables us to coat products of different sizes with various couvertures or with barrier coatings, depending on your needs. Our skilled operators have developed a wide range of different finishes to produce a whole array of visually & texturally exciting products.
